About the job

Craftzing is a team of 75 digital strategists and experts guiding organisations towards sustainable digital solutions. We're growing, and growing fast. In order to keep up with this growth, we are looking for a talent acquisition specialist who can help us to attract top talent.

What you'll do:

  • As a member of the Craftzing Talent-team, you are responsible for filling in the open job positions at Craftzing

  • You find creative ways to proactively attract and recruit the right talent, and employ recruiting strategies to put Craftzing on the (recruiting) map

  • You interview candidates and set up meetings with Craftzing colleagues

  • You maintain the candidate database, both for payroll and freelance profiles

  • You are responsible for the whole recruitment process, from initial job posting until onboarding of new employees. 

  • You look for ways to improve our existing process, including the implementation of new/better talent acquisition tools and platforms

  • You work together with the COO, Head of Talent and HR team colleagues and provide regular updates on hiring and candidate status

We're looking for:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, or similar position

  • You are creative, and can come up with different ways to proactively find the best talent in the market

  • You look for more than just hard skills - the candidate’s right mindset, soft skills and company/team fit are equally important. During job interviews, you can ask the right questions uncovering these (often hidden) traits

  • You are an excellent communicator, embodying and exuding the Craftzing values, transparency, and culture

  • A positive, go-getter attitude and -mindset

  • You speak Dutch and English fluently

Bonus points when:

  • You have experience in working in the digital sector

You’re Craftzing-material when you have:

  • A passion for people, and what you can achieve when bringing the right people together

  • A few years of experience is ideal, but above all convince us with your knowledge, skills and diligence!
