This is evident from the first-ever European ‘Digital Trust Index,’ conducted by Craftzing. We evaluated the accessibility of over 260,000 websites across 18 European countries. With the European Accessibility Act set to take effect in just one year, we consider these results ‘unacceptable.’ Additionally, companies are overlooking a significant opportunity. “Given that 25% of people have some form of disability, businesses could potentially reach 25% more customers and generate additional revenue.”
