What you'll do

Together with your team and customers you create relevant digital products that are not only usable, but that people will love!
You will work on conceptual designs (yes, starting from the terrifying blank sheet), as well as working out detailed UI key screens, components, sticker sheets and enterprise design systems.
Your design work is as beautiful as it is thought out. It adheres to standard best practices and known design principles.
You work closely with the other sculptors (ux, front-end,…) as well as with stakeholders at our customers. You devise and present high-quality products and deliver, receive and resolve feedback in a positive and collaborative way.
You take the initiative to contribute new ideas and solutions to your team and colleagues. Take an active role alongside your colleagues to help us move forward.

We're looking for

You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Digital Product or User Interface design.
The design tool Figma has no secrets for you.
You see the world in color palettes, amazing and horrible fonts, just the right amount of whitespace and you spot a pixel off from miles away.
You’re an expert when it comes to specific UI patterns and components, “native” to certain platforms and touchpoints (such as iOS, Android, desktop, …).
You get all passionate when we start talking design systems.
You’re always on the lookout for the latest design trends and have a strong (but formulated!) opinion about them.
Designing is a collaborative process with a lot of other expertises (UX, Motion, front-end, …). You share an interest with them and are able to closely work together in an open way.
It’s not just about making it pretty. You can target the intersection between user-centric design and solving the business needs for our clients.
You enjoy a healthy mix of working from home, collaborating at our Craftzing office and occasionally joining clients on-site when the project calls for it.
You have a can-do mentality. Rather than get stuck in boundaries and problems, you see challenges and tackle them head on.
Standing still is getting behind. At Craftzing we’re always challenging ourselves to adapt and improve. Become better versions of ourselves. We want you on that road with us!
You have a high-level technical understanding on how digital products and apps function. We don’t expect you to be a developer, but you should know the different between the front-end and the back-end.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.

Bonus points

Knowledge and experience with Agile (At Scale) workflows.
You know your way around prototyping tools like Framer, Principle.

You prefer to work alone and remote on project(s) and take the sole responsibility for you deliverable(s).
