IT Operations Lead

As IT Operations Lead, you are the backbone of our internal IT operations, ensuring our 200+ professionals can work efficiently and securely. You own the complete IT infrastructure that enables our consultants, designers, and developers to deliver excellence for our clients.

What you’ll do:

• You take full ownership of our device fleet and workplace environment, managing every stage from onboarding new colleagues with the right hardware and access, to maintaining devices throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring smooth and secure offboarding.

• You take ownership of our SaaS landscape, monitoring licenses, optimizing costs, and ensuring we have the right tools in place. You manage user and role access across all platforms and devices.

• You identify opportunities to automate and streamline IT processes using no-code and low-code platforms like N8N, Make, or similar tools. You have a passion for eliminating manual work and creating scalable solutions.

• You implement and maintain ITSM practices, ensuring our internal IT support is structured, responsive, and continuously improving.

• You support our ISO 27001 compliance journey, helping us professionalize our security posture and maintain the necessary documentation and controls.

• You collaborate with our management team and technical experts across the organization to align IT initiatives with business needs and growth ambitions.

• You take a hands-on approach: this is not a role where you delegate everything. You enjoy getting things done yourself while building the foundations for a more mature IT function.

Who We’re looking for:

• You have 2-5 years of experience in IT management, system administration, or a similar hands-on IT role, ideally in a professional services or consultancy environment.

• You have a strong track record in device management, workplace IT, and identity & access management.

• You are experienced with modern SaaS environments and understand how to manage a complex landscape of cloud tools and licenses.

• You understand ITSM principles and have experience implementing or improving IT service management processes.

• You have a can-do mentality — you see problems as puzzles to solve and don’t wait for permission to improve things. You thrive in an environment where you need to build and professionalize, not just maintain.

• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can translate business needs into practical IT solutions.

• You are structured and organized, able to manage multiple priorities while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.

• You are based in or around Antwerp and comfortable with a hybrid work setup.

Bonus Points:

• You have experience with ISO 27001 implementation or maintenance.

• You have knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices.

• You have worked in a fast-growing scale-up or consultancy environment.

• You have hands-on experience building automations with no-code or low-code platforms (N8N, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar).

• Experience with Google Workspace (GSuite) administration and modern workplace platforms, including Apple-based ecosystems and Microsoft environments.
