Our organic growth and strategic acquisitions demand a skilled, flexible, boots-in-the-mud HR and Payroll Manager who can dive into the trenches with us while providing expert guidance in HR and payroll domains.

About the Job

As our HR Manager, you'll be a key player in the management team, bringing a pragmatic, boots-in-the-mud mentality to our fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in managing our HR strategy & processes, payroll systems and personal growth approach, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently to support the personal growth and the well-being of our employees.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy and relevant initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Craftzing.

  • Co-develop the company structure and organisational design, enabling Craftzing to grow in a professional and sustainable way.

  • Act as a reliable and trustworthy sparring partner for the Management Team and first line managers (CoE leads).

  • Bridge management, employee and CoE (center of excellence) relations by addressing requests and providing support.

  • Manage the collaborative recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely and efficient hiring flow.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal and talent development process that drives our performance.

  • Maintain the compensation & benefits program, ensuring competitiveness with the external labor market and compliance with legal requirements.

  • Develop an implement a learning & development policy. Assess training needs, set up and monitor training programs, in close collaboration with line management (CoE leads).

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee compensation.

  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices and translate them into a pragmatic Craftzing way of working.

  • Build and maintain partnerships in the HR community.

  • Manage, develop and coach two HR Officers. You will report to the COO.
