Program manager

We're looking for a Program manager with experience in managing complex business programs. Does that sound like you? Keep on reading!

What you will do:

  • As a program manager, you will lead and manage the end-to-end execution of complex programs for one or more Craftzing customers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • As the main point of contact (SPOC), you will act as a link between different initiatives and project teams, streamlining communication across all business stakeholders and organisation departments. You’ll conduct regular status meetings, communicate project updates, and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

  • Implement and refine project and program management methodologies and best practices to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You look beyond day-to-day operations and gather the necessary information to create long-term plannings and roadmaps. As a result, you identify and manage risks, proactively addressing challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.

What we expect from you:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, overseeing complex business initiatives from initiation to successful completion.

  • You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

  • You have exceptional communication-, stakeholder management-, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams. You can build a relationship of trust with the client. In order to accomplish this, you are willing to work on-site at/with the client at regular intervals when needed.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement. You have a can-do mentality - cliché but necessary. You think in terms of solutions rather than problems, thrive on unraveling complex issues, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you never lose sight of the bigger picture and are able to think strategically.

  • Thanks to your strong presentation skills, you can inspire, motivate and guide a group of stakeholders and steer them into the right direction.

  • Your change management skills help you to effectively convey the purpose and benefits of change to various stakeholders, and address their concerns and needs throughout the change process.

  • You have experience working with/for clients at an enterprise level.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

  • You are resilient to stress, able to turn chaos into order, and relieve stakeholders and teams of any burden or impediment.

  • You can handle the classic "scope, timing, budget" triangle.

Bonus points:

  • You have experience in business analysis.

  • You speak French.

  • You have a technical or UX background.
