Craftzing and INNOCOM join forces

Transformation doesn't wait. Neither do we. Most organisations don't need another technology partner. They need a business partner who understands technology and can turn strategy into execution. That is what this partnership is built for.

Two independent firms with one complete journey

Craftzing and  INNOCOM are joining forces to guide organisations end-to-end through complex strategic transformations. Two independent, vendor-neutral players who between them cover the full journey: from strategy, enterprise architecture and business transformation through to experience & design, technology integration and data & AI.

We are two organisations that have chosen to work together because our strengths are complementary and our values align. INNOCOM retains their own identity, positioning and proposition.

As part of this partnership, Craftzing will become a shareholder in INNOCOM. For founder Johan Cattersel and CEO Jurgen Van De Sompel, this marks a next step in the sustainable anchoring of the company. Members of the management team will also join as shareholders.

What INNOCOM brings

INNOCOM brings something rare: 25 years of deep architectural expertise, C-level trust relationships built over decades. Their INNOCOM Institute is the only private organisation in Europe accredited to offer a Master of Science in Enterprise Architecture. These are not capabilities you build quickly.

From the very start of my appointment as CEO, strengthening ownership, governance and growth has been central to our strategic plan. With Craftzing, we immediately found the right fit: a partner with the same DNA and values, and the same independent view on client challenges. Complementarity is the essence of our collaboration.

What Craftzing brings

Craftzing connects the chain from strategy all the way through to delivery: turning architectural vision into working products and measurable change. Operating from multiple Belgian hubs, and strengthened by the earlier additions of Wieni, Namahn, Sagacify and Made, Craftzing now counts over 300 people. For clients, that means one team that stays accountable from the first conversation about what to change to the moment it lands in the business.

Clients today expect partners who connect strategy with realisation. By combining our strengths, we can guide them across the full journey: from vision to impact.

What this means for clients

Organisations working with Craftzing and INNOCOM get a complete proposition across the full transformation journey: from strategy and architecture to realisation, adoption and measurable outcome. One partner, independent of vendors and accountable for the outcome.
