Tom Saeys joins Craftzing as Managing Partner. Here is why now.

Tom Saeys joins Craftzing as Managing Partner. He spent six years as COO at SD Worx, steering the company through rapid international growth and a sustained acquisition programme. His experience building and integrating organisations at scale is what brought him here. This is a signal of where Craftzing is heading.

Over the past year, we have grown from just over 200 to more than 300 people. With the integration of AI specialist Sagacify, design studio Namahn, innovation studio Made and a strategic partnership with enterprise architecture specialist INNOCOM, we now cover the full value chain of business transformation.

That kind of growth asks for the right leadership to match it. Which is why we are welcoming Tom Saeys as Managing Partner.

We are growing faster than our sector. That requires someone who knows how to transform an organization while it is still running. Tom proved that before, through strong organic growth and a series of strategic acquisitions across Europe. That is the experience he now brings to Craftzing.

CEO

Tom spent the past six years at SD Worx, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and member of the executive committee, leading the operational transformation of the European HR and payroll specialist. During his time there, he steered the company through rapid international expansion driven by strong organic growth and a series of strategic acquisitions across Europe.

I've been the client. I know what the pitch promises and what delivery actually requires. Now I get to close that gap.

Tom Saeys

Managing Partner

In his new role, Tom will lead the integration of our recently joined companies, drive the further professionalization of the group and share responsibility for our buy-and-build strategy.

Companies are struggling with the pace of change around them. Having the right capabilities on board matters more than the size of your organization. Craftzing has all the ingredients: an integrated offering that supports clients end-to-end, strong people and a market that is consolidating. Now it is about delivering on that promise.

Tom Saeys

Managing Partner

Tom is our second senior leadership hire in under a year. In late 2025, Katrien Sterckx joined as Managing Partner and Chief Business Growth, following more than twenty years at Accenture, ENGIE, Eneco and PwC. We are deliberately investing in experienced leadership to sustain the trajectory we are on.
