AI product studio Sagacify and service design pioneer Namahn join the Craftzing family
We’re proud to be thriving in a market that’s anything but predictable. While many consultancies and product studios are recalibrating, Craftzing keeps moving forward. With intention, not impulse. Today, that path becomes even more ambitious: we’re welcoming two remarkable companies into our universe. Sagacify, one of Belgium’s strongest AI product teams. And Namahn, the nation’s very first and most respected service design studio.
This isn’t growth for growth’s sake. We started conversations with both teams back in 2024. We took our time, challenged assumptions, aligned philosophies. Scale only matters when it amplifies what you stand for. We’re not collecting extra logos, we’re strengthening core capabilities. Depth before breadth. Expertise before hype.
What this means for Craftzing
So here’s what really matters: we’re doubling down on being the partner that shapes and delivers meaningful digital change. With Namahn and Sagacify, we expand our end-to-end craft, from strategy and enterprise architecture, to service design, experience, digital products, and AI at scale.
Together, we form one of the very few Belgian players able to master the full digital value chain and take responsibility for the outcomes it creates. Not just thinking it, not just designing it, not just building it. Owning the whole journey. That’s the Craftzing way.
By uniting both companies under Craftzing, we’re one of the few Belgian agencies to have mastered the entire digital value chain: from strategy and enterprise architecture, to UX/UI design, product development, technology integrations, and AI implementation.
With Sagacify and Namahn, we’re bringing two essential competencies in-house: systemic thinking, and building production-ready AI solutions. To bridge the two: we don’t want to build AI-driven solutions that are functional; we want solutions that make sense within the complex reality of an organization.
Digital transformation in Flanders and beyond commonly manifests as large-scale organizational and platform programs. Governments, banks, energy providers and multinationals therefore need partners who can do more than just “build”: they expect strategic direction, scalable architecture, and steady, sustainable change.
At the same time, demand for AI solution that actually deliver value is growing. A recent MIT study shows that 95% of AI pilot projects fail to produce a return, largely because they are not adequately embedded in a company’s broader strategy and organizational structure. You need more than just technical abilities.
Technology has never been this impactful and, at the same time, this disruptive. To let AI generate actual value, you must be willing to redesign your organization. The future is not AI-first in technology, but AI-first in business operations. That’s where we’re heading.
Sagacify: A competent AI product team with a strong track record
Sagacify, based in Charleroi and Brussels, employs 25 AI engineers and developers and has been building mission-critical solutions for over a decade at this point. They work with computer vision, AI automation, agentic workflows, and predictive modeling across sectors like energy, finance, and logistics. The acquisition brings deep expertise, mature AI production experience, and a strong technological culture to Craftzing. Consider our offering bolstered.
AI can't be a loose experiment; it needs to fit within your organization at a core level. Not a band-aid, but a holistic solution. And through Craftzing’s broader transformation work, our solutions will soon have an even greater impact.
Namahn: A Belgian pioneer in systemic and service design
Namahn, founded in 1987 by Joannes Vandermeulen, is a monolith in the Belgian design space. Their clientele includes the European Commission, Ghent University, and are renowned for their expertise in system design for complex IT environments: mapping out the full organizational, process, user, and technology context before building any solutions.
Anyone can build an application or a platform. The real challenge is embedding it within operations, taking into account all the different needs and interactions. That’s what systemic design does, and we’re excited to support Craftzing’s partners with this methodology.
Scale as a strategic lever in an AI-driven world
With Sagacify and Namahn joining us, there’s over 200 of us now. A mind-boggling number by itself, not even beginning to imagine the amount of expertise they collectively posses.
In this space, you don’t scale for the prestige. It’s a requirement to stay relevant. Organizations want partners that are mature enough to cover the whole nine yards, yet focused enough to deliver consistent quality. We aiming for the strongest strategic approach, capable of turning ideas into value faster. And we do that through craftsmanship and consistency—qualities that both Sagacify and Namahn possess in abundance.
